Job requirments:

• Proven experience as an operations Manager or in a similar multi-unit management role for a minimum of 5 years.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
