As a Sourcing Manager, the scope of your role will include:

Management and coordination of the sales
Operations planning process
Supply / demand forecasting, inventory management, and on time delivery
Management of vendor relationships.

EDUCATION

Bachelor degree preferred

EXPERIENCE

3 to 5 years of successful multi-unit leadership experience in full service environment

Multi-national experience in the field of restaurants (UAE experience preferred)
