We are currently seeking an Restaurant Manager for our healthy food concept in Abu Dabhi.

The key requirements will include the following:

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the successful operation of the restaurant by leading and developing the team, ensuring a high standard is implemented throughout
  • Working closely with the FOH and BOH team members to ensure guests receive a warm welcome and support them during busy periods
  • Maintain a professional relationship with guests, resolving any issues in a prompt fashion
  • Establish a close working relationship with the kitchen and liaises with the chef about menu changes and menu presentations
  • Ensures that food and beverage is served and cleared according to the standards and sequence of service
  • Controls food and beverage inventory and maintains the stock
  • Proven experience as Restaurant Manager in the hospitality industry / Event focused OR in Restaurant and Events combined with a Healthy Concept Experience
  • A proven track record of organizing successful events
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent vendor management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
  • Able to handle stress and remain calm
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred

To be considered for this role, you will possess at least 2-3 years' of full-service restaurant management preferably in the UAE.
