Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it’s umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker’s, Grind, Somewhere and Public.
We currently have a open position for a Brand Manager who will be supporting existing teams as well as building new teams as part of pre-opening.
Responsibilities:
- carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
- developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across Food and beverage department , broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
- analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
- supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
- meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as marketing assistants, marketing managers , Operations Department and Creative Department)
- managing budgets and a team of junior assistants
- organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
To be considered for this role, you will come from a hospitality sector with at least 4 years of experience preferably Gelato, Pastry OR relevant benchmarks.
