We are currently looking to hire an experienced F&B Data Analyst to join our team in our Head Office in Tecom Dubai. Some of the key responsibilities for this role

Collect and organize data from various sources, including point-of-sale (MICROS POS) systems, reservation platforms, customer feedback channels, and financial records.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to sales performance, customer behavior, menu preferences, and operational efficiency.
Analyze menu performance data to identify popular dishes, profitable items, and opportunities for menu optimization and innovation.
Segment guest data based on demographics, dining behavior, and preferences to identify target audiences and personalize marketing campaigns, promotions.
Conduct operational performance analysis, including labor cost analysis, inventory management, and supply chain optimization, to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to address operational challenges.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Hospitality Management, or a related field

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Proven experience 3 years in a data analysis role, preferably within the restaurant industry or a related field.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau, Power BI.

- Proficiency in using Oracle Micros POS System.
