We are looking for experienced F&B professionals that share our passion for hospitality with a genuine ability to connect with guests and colleagues alike, for the role of Restaurant Supervisor, to lead designated sections/teams and support the management team with the successful operation of the restaurant. Some of the key responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Management Team in ensuring your team/section are maintaining the high standards expected for the brand
- Maintain a professional relationship with guests, resolving any issues in a prompt fashion
- Establish a close working relationship with colleagues across the restaurant, supporting where needed
- Ensures that food and beverage is served and cleared according to the standards and sequence of service
To be considered for this role, you will possess at least 2-3 years' experience as a head waiter/floor supervisor, preferably in the UAE and in a high-volume restaurant. We offer career development opportunities and we want to connect with people that are ambitious and eager to grow.
