We are currently seeking to hire an experienced 3D Visualizer. Responsible for creating high-quality, realistic 3D visualizations and renderings of architectural designs, interior spaces, and products. Collaborates with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design concepts and requirements. Applies lighting and texturing techniques to enhance visual appeal and realism.

a. Is acceptably fast in 3D drawing and knowledgeable in rendering shortcuts

b. Have adequate personal library of 3D objects and materials

c. Is aware of producing renders that are being created for presentations through boards, power point and other media.

d. Can manage multiple deadlines by various designers.

e. Have the foresight to be aware of up-coming development in the trade
